Global Automotive (Global) is currently working hard to create a new IT-environment that will support all companies (domestic and foreign) with their standard functionality. The current (ERP) applications will be replaced by an IT application landscape consisting of a core, to be developed by use of Outsystems, supplemented by standard packages, where appropriate.

As part this project, STIP-1, which stands for “Strategy, ICT and Process”, will go live in Q3-2023 across our Grupo Total Neumaticos (GTN) organization in Spain. In order to properly streamline and manage this project, we are looking for a native Spanish speak:

Implementation Coordinator

Job description

As implementation coordinator you will play an active role in the implementation of STIP-1. This starts in the Netherlands where you will be briefed through a two-month training program to prepare for the implementation in Spain. During this program you will travel to Spain several times to carry out necessary preparations? As soon as STIP-1 goes “live” you will travel to Spain together with the STIP-1 team, consisting of Business Analysts. There you will actively participate in the implementation and serve as the eyes and ears of the team. With your excellent communicative skills and command of the Spanish language, you will ensure that signals from the users are identified, processed and reported to the Business Analysts.  After implementation and after the Business Analysts have returned to the Netherlands, you will remain on site for a certain period of time to serve  as a mediator between the users and the project team in the Netherlands.

This concerns a temporary position for a period of 3 to 6 months, starting the 1st of  November 2023, with the possibility of an extension.

Qualifications

To ensure added value in this challenging role, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, who knows how to convey messages in a business-like but also in a personal and goal-oriented way. You can distinguish main issues from minor concerns, quickly get to the core of the matter and you are able to report correctly and accurately.

In addition, you do not mind being away from home for a longer period of time. In addition you possess the  following qualifications:

  • completed a higher vocational/university training in a relevant area;
  • broad knowledge of process language in sales, purchase, warehouse, transport or finance;
  • considerable flexibility in terms of time and location;
  • ‘Native’ command of Spanish and English. Some command of Dutch is preferred.
