In the coming years, Global Automotive will work hard to create a new IT environment that will support all businesses (domestic and international) with standard functionality. Current (ERP) applications will be replaced by an IT application landscape consisting of a core developed with OutSystems, complemented by standard packages where applicable. This development will continue at least until the end of 2025, after which the management and “continuous delivery” phase will begin, where further development will be essential.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our OutSystems applications. In this internal role, you will have the space to use your expertise and creative ideas, while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.

• Develop and optimize OutSystems applications for our various labels;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Manage the full lifecycle of applications, from design to implementation and maintenance;
• Actively contribute to the improvement of our software development through innovation and best practices;
• Support and mentor less experienced colleagues.

What do you bring?

We are looking for creative and enthusiastic go-getters with a good dose of perseverance. Additionally, you possess:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with OutSystems or similar low-code platforms;
• Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the OutSystems platform;
• Experience in developing business applications and working with various stakeholders;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset;
• A team player with excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
