My name is Arthur Jelsma and I have been working for Banden Express for over 5 years as senior account manager. In this position I was able to contribute, among other things, to the expansion of the network to a nationwide network.
In addition to the responsibility for the customers of the Banden Express branch in Groningen, I support a field service colleague in the west and south of the country. I support them with the Banden (Express) knowledge and over 30 years of experience in Automotive.
Expanding the customer base and keeping our existing customers satisfied every day give me great satisfaction. I am always looking for the right solution to every ‘tyre question’. That gives me great satisfaction, especially if it requires the maximum input from my own creativity. A good example of this is that, in cooperation with the purchasing department and our sister company in Sweden, I was able to supply 4 studded tyres for a customer who is participating in the North Cape Challenge.
