‘It is important for me to be able to learn a lot, to feel at home and to see the results of my work’
After completing my studies in ‘Entrepreneurship & Retail Management’, I gained work experience at the company where I graduated. After that, I started looking for a new work environment. It is important to me to be able to learn a lot, to feel at home and to see the results of my work. I am 100% proud to say that I have found these aspects at Global! January ’21 I started as a trainee at Global Automotive Investments Holding, but recently I started working as a Staff Member in the Business Development & Projects department.
Currently, I am involved in the role of Business Analyst for the construction of a new system for all (international) company labels within Global. I can gain a lot of knowledge of existing ways of working and thinking in order to improve and optimise these processes within the new system. I am given a lot of responsibility and freedom, and am supervised in a very pleasant and social manner.
I get the most energy from my colleagues and their way of thinking and acting. Everyone works every day with enormous motivation to improve working methods and helps each other where necessary. No distinction is made whether someone has been active in the company for 40 years or is just starting out. This gives me energy and a proud feeling to be able to work at Global!
